INDEST, Lda. is a family enterprise that was founded in 1988. By the end of the 80ies, when EU required the using of labels in the textile industry, people could understand there was a gap in this kind of production.

This new requiring and the lack of labels production in the Portuguese middle land have made us seize the opportunity and set have our enterprise, which has been a successful one. Nevertheless, the development of new technologies, more and more accessible, has brought about some changes in the market, as many of our clients could start to produce their own labels.

This situation was very important for INDEST, Lda., because it made our enterprise develop and look for new market chances as well as different production strategies. So we have specialized in a continuous line production of stickers in order to widen our offer to other scopes, besides the textile industry. That specialization was essential for us to be able to answer the market demand, since new hypermarkets were set up and there has been a “boom” concerning viticulture.

Nowadays we have clients all over Portugal, mainly in Hygiene and bleaning, wine, plastics, food, beranies an utilitarian industries, not to mention BANANA DA MADEIRA, whose labels official furnisher is INDEST, Lda..

This happened thanks to a constant investment in printing machines and their respective peripherals, as well as to a young team.
